Our Story

​

Educated in engineering, Al Drew co-founded a painting and maintenance company in the great Boston area shortly after college.  After successfully growing the business for over a decade, he elected to start his own company, continuing to work with contractors, one of New England's largest supermarket chains, homeowners, and residential and commercial property managers.  Al also partnered with his wife, Julie, for over 15 years to operate  a property management company, successfully managing more  than  90 million dollars of real estate throughout the greater Boston area.  Al's experience and expertise in all maintenance concerns, large capital projects and on-call emergency response is invaluable to successfully managing and caring for real estate.

Al and Julie relocated to the Central Valley to be closer to family.  Al continues to apply his many years of experience to support new clients with their renovation projects and maintenance needs.
